The bigger the shop, the messier the chats and notebooks get

  • Orders get lost in chat

Across Messenger and WhatsApp threads, finding who asked for what, at which address and at what price eats your time. One slip means one unhappy customer.

  • Stock never adds up

One number in the notebook, another in the spreadsheet. You accept an order for something already sold out, then have to tell the customer it’s gone.

  • Cash on delivery is hard to track

Which parcels came back, which cash is still with the courier, which payment never arrived. Keeping track of it is a job in itself.

Everything a shop needs to run

Every part is still in development. The badge beside each one shows where it stands.

  • Catalog

    Planned

Organise products, variants (size, colour) and categories. Import many products at once from a CSV file.

  • Inventory

    Planned

Track every stock movement and purchase, and print barcodes and labels.

  • Orders

    Planned

Manual and online orders, customers, delivery zones, invoices and incomplete checkouts.

  • POS

    Planned

Sell at the counter, against the same stock.

  • Storefront

    Planned

Your shop’s own public website, on your own domain.

  • Change your website’s pages and banners yourself, without a developer.

  • Growth

    Planned

    Coupons, promotions and conversion tracking.

  • Record bKash and Nagad payments by hand, with an online gateway and courier booking planned after.

  • Expense tracking, fraud checks on suspicious orders, and sales reports.

  • Multiple shops, staff accounts, and who is allowed to do what.

Your shop’s work in three steps

This is how it is planned to work.

  1. Step 1: Add your products

Put products in the catalog with photos, prices and variants, or import them all at once from a CSV file. Stock tracking starts right away.

    • Catalog
    • Inventory
  2. Step 2: Take orders from anywhere

Enter orders you get in chat, run the counter with POS, or take orders from your own storefront. They all land in one list.

    • Orders
    • POS
    • Storefront
  3. Step 3: Ship it, then get paid

Set delivery zones, issue invoices, book a courier and match up your payments.

    • Payments and couriers

Built for shops in Bangladesh, the way they work

Not a foreign tool poured into Bangla. It is designed from the start around local sellers.

  • Bangla first

The interface is in Bangla, with English alongside. Numbers can show in Bangla digits too.

  • Everything in taka (৳)

Prices, expenses, invoices and reports, all in ৳.

  • Delivery by district and upazila

Set delivery zones and charges by area.

  • Cash on delivery

See what cash has arrived, what is still pending and which parcels came back, kept apart.

PlannedConnections to bKash, Nagad and courier services are planned. None of them are supported yet.

Frequently asked questions

When does BikriOS launch?

There is no launch date yet. We’ll announce it on this page when there is.

Is it free?

Pricing hasn’t been announced, so we can’t say yet.

Do I need a developer?

No. It is being designed so a shop owner or staff member can use it directly, without writing any code.

Who is it for?

Sellers on Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp, including those who also run a counter in a physical shop or want their own website.

Is it an app or a website?

The admin app will live at its own address, and running it on mobile is planned. Each shop’s storefront will sit on that shop’s own domain.

Are bKash and Nagad supported?

Not yet. Recording payments by hand comes first. An online payment gateway and courier connections are planned.

Can I run more than one shop, or add staff?

That is planned: multiple shops, staff accounts, and control over who can do what.

Where do I send a question?

Use the Contact link at the very bottom of the page. Once a contact address is live, you’ll be able to write to us straight from there.

Ready to get your shop in order?

Everything is still being built. When it’s ready, you’ll be able to start from right here.
